Kelsey is amazing! I have begged for YEARS to have a professional organizer come in and help get our house in order. Initially we had planned just help with the kitchen, our master bedroom/bath, and some help with the office. The more that we talked with her the project grew for most of the house and with absolutely zero regrets about it. We added in the office, laundry room, and kids bathroom. Kelsey was fantastic in listening to our needs and concerns then able to make suggestions that worked with our different organization styles. She also was great at helping us work through our different pain points with sorting items that were beneficial to keep and what we were actually good with letting go.An aspect that was also incredibly appreciated was the ability to "leave her to it" in certain rooms. We had an incredibly busy schedule and I wasn't able to be completely present in the room(s) at all time. We'd check in at her arrival, talk the goals for the room, and then she'd go to work on her own. I'd periodically check in and sort things to keep things moving along. In the times I was needed in the room or certain projects, it was clearly communicated and planned for.The mental weight lifted after working with her is incredible. It's so great to actually know where things are and what we have. We also learned some positive habits that we were able to implement in other rooms of our house. I also really love that she offers maintenance programs to come check in at later times of the year to make any tweaks or get us "back on track" with keeping up with the organization. Even my husband agrees that this was money very well spent and helped us tremendously. We're both so happy with our experience and highly recommend Kelsey and her team.

Kelsey helped me feel so much more at ease about some spaces - messy closets - that were driving me crazy in our house but as a full-time working mom with two under two I just hadn't had time to tackle effectively on my own. She was so kind and thoughtful in the way she approached the work in our home and I really appreciate all of her hard work. She did what would have taken me weeks in just a few hours and set the entire family up for success in these high-touch areas. I am so grateful and hope to hire her again for additional help in the future!

Ahh, thanks Amanda! It was a pleasure and I can’t wait for the next call when you are ready to go after other spaces that you might need my help and assistance. It was a pleasure and I hope you find yourself enjoying your home and your family more now that your home is that much more peaceful, easy to flow and live in.

We worked with Kelsey to improve our closet organization, so we could take back space that was previously quite cluttered. Kelsey was great to work with. She supplied any necessary product herself, and was prompt with communication. She worked well with us to deliver an organization solution that we find intuitive, and works with the space!

Kelsey did an amazing job organizing both my pantry and my garage. She did them both in a single day within a reasonable amount of time. She brought me different options to choose from and laid out the pros and cons of each. Super thrilled with the result!

Thanks for letting people know how happy you are! It was fun to be able to finish two spaces (garage and pantry) in a day! Your direction and communication to create what you wanted was so helpful!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently have package pricing. The packages that have more hours will receive up to a 15% discount. If you refer me and they referral signs up for an initial consultation you will receive one hour of organization services for free. I have a maintenance membership that will allow you to lock in the current hourly rate to save you money throughout the time you need me to help organize your spaces.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will figure out what will work best for you as the client. I have tended to work mostly on my own with a small chunk of time in the beginning spent discussing the game plan, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly trying to learn more. I plan to get certification when time allows, I read up on group pages, follow other organizers and network a lot. I think another valuable and unique work related is I was a EMT for a number of years so I understand the importance of keeping things confidential, being respectful in your home, and developing a sense of trust and understanding quickly so that I can quickly find the best solution for your situation and lifestyle.
