I've been working with Tucker since the beginning of the pandemic. I'm glad to have found him last year as I got a chance to invest in my health and fitness with simple but effective workouts. Through his personal touch, I'm able to gradually improve my cardio, core, and back. Though we work on zoom, he is able to observe and correct my form to improve. I don't miss going to the gym - thanks to Tucker's training sessions, and the workout regimen he created for me.

Tucker has helped me fulfill all of my fitness goals. He is friendly and positive and wonderful to work with. He really cares about his clients and it is evident when you work with him. I could not imagine a better personal trainer and I highly recommend him.

Tucker really knows his stuff! He’s helped me to rehab nagging injuries I’ve had for years, and I’ve made more progress than I ever had! I love finding people who are really passionate about what they do bc it completely changes the experience, and that’s how it’s been training with Tucker. 10/10 would recommend!

I used to work out in-person with Tucker, but I moved out of state. When COVID happened, I needed a trainer again but the anxiety of finding one in my new area overwhelmed me, so I reached out and asked if Tucker was doing virtual sessions and he was! Tucker is extremely motivating and truly takes into account your abilities and pushes you to be your best! One thing I need in a trainer is accountability, and I definitely get that from him! He designs total body workouts that push me and challenge me to get the results I want. Since I started working out with him, I've lost almost 30 lbs and that is without doing some sort of extreme fad dieting, just eating clean and watching caloric intake. If you want to bulk up, or just tone up and lose some weight, he will help you reach your goal!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge a flat rate per session with no added fees. There is a 15% discount for purchasing 20 sessions at once and for signing up for a recurring (monthly) training plan.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we'll do a ten minute call where we get to know each and we both decide if we'd like to move forward and work together. You'll tell me a little bit about your goals and we'll see if I'm a good fit to help you achieve those goals. Next, we'll do a 45 minute consultation (either virtual or in person) where we'll dive more deeply into your goals. In this consultation we'll do a 20 minute assessment-style workout to see how you move. This will help me design your customized program. We'll cover any injuries, medical conditions, or other limiting factors you may have so that you can make progress safely. After the consultation, it's time to hit the ground running and start working towards your goals!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also hold the Performance Enhancement Specialist certification through NASM as well as the I am CPR & AED certified through the American Red Cross. I have been helping people achieve their health and fitness goals for over five years now. The knowledge I have gained in this time has given me the expertise to effectively guide you to achieving your goals. I started lifting weights and doing intense outdoor exercise (running/biking/swimming) 15 years ago. I've had many injuries and setbacks along the way but I've always been curious and learned how to do better and how to better help my clients.
