- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am somewhat flexible. My goal is to restore the customer's cherished memories. I love the work because it allows me to bring old photos back to life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Upon seeing the customer's original, I will discuss in detail the desired results with the customer. I will let the customer know if the desired results are possible. We can then evaluate the price, lowering it if the work will be easier than anticipated. It is my desire to make sure the customer gets the best result possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelor's degree from Rhode Island School of Design, I have completed courses at Massasoit College, and I have a master's degree from the University of MN (Minneapolis). I have several years of experience colormatching for retailers, and I have nine years of experience in the photofinishing industry.
