- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to ensure that what I offer is available to as wide range of clients as possible. All parties should be happy at the end of the project, the client should be happy that the job was completed to expectation or beyond and the Pro should be happy that he/she was paid fairly for their expertise. Simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically ask all/new clients to send pictures of the front,back,left and right sides of their home (from a distance that all windows can be seen) for window cleaning projects, also include what they would like carried out. Outside only, inside & outside, screens, tracks, etc. If pictures are not possible then a count of the individual pieces of glass (exterior facing) is what is needed to determine cost. For pressure washing projects pictures of the areas in need of cleaning are a must, from these I can very accurately determine what is needed and the cost involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
What I do really doesn't require a formal education/training, it is a matter of experience, doing something time and time again until you get as close to perfection as possible. Luckily for my clients I have been practicing for the last 20 years.
