- What types of customers have you worked with?
The greater percentage of our inspection work consists of detached single family residential property for home buyers. We also inspect commercial purchases quite frequently, and occasionally inspect REOs and do phase completion inspections for lenders. More and more we are providing less complicated safety inspections for sellers, elderly, singles, divorcing, or newly acquired listings.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please consider more than the bottom line. I know I do. The old adage about getting what we pay for may not address 100% of the concern here. And some clever marketing folks have tried to condition us to get more than we pay for. But at the end of the day, our clients are so glad they chose Fidelity over the more or less expensive guys.
