Carlos and team have worked on our property multiple times now and each time they do amazing work. Between grading the land, installing fences, creating retaining walls, pouring concrete, building stairs and more, they can really do it all. They're always early, clean up after themselves (which a lot of contractors don't do these days) and communicate effectively to get the job done quickly. Pricing is great too, you don't feel like you're getting ripped off with the amount of work and quality as well. Were gonna keep hiring them for more jobs as we transform our property.

Carlos redid our front stoop and stairs in a timely and professional manner. We interviewed several contractors but Carlos was clearly the one with the most attention to detail – he measured stoop height and angle of runoff and came up with a creative solution to waterproof the front stoop – in the past we had had issues with water leaking into the closet below through our cracked front stoop. Carlos and I discussed all our options for front stoop design and he offered excellent suggestions to improve the appearance of the final product. He responded and communicated clearly and offered very competitive pricing compared to other quotes we received. He completed the job in a timely manner and is one of the few contractors who lived up to my expectations (I’m a perfectionist). Will definitely hire Carlos again and strongly recommend him for all your concrete and stonework projects!
