Jason was on time, conscientious, quick to figure out our tub leak, and since it was an easy fix didn’t even charge, which is unheard of in this day and age (I did force him to take a tip!). He explained everything he did and I was deeply impressed with his professionalism and kindness! I wouldn’t even consider hiring a different plumbing company in the future and would highly recommend Raptor Plumbing!

This is the second time we've hired Raptor, and I'd now consider them my go-to company for plumbing issues. They are amazingly responsive. Scheduling is quick and easy. Communication is top notch from start to finish. They give you a service window and then text with an actual and accurate ETA. They assessed my second repair on a Sunday. They don't charge for service calls. Their quotes have been competitive and accurate. Eyasu has been our service provider for both repairs. He does excellent work - and his professionalism, expertise and positive vibe seriously deserve their own mention.

Was very happy with their service. They showed up on time, was very professional, did good work and left my place in a clean and orderly manner. We had our drain relocated so our sink could be centered. They were able to do that and also repaired the dry wall. The finished product was very neat. Will be using Raptor Plumbing for all other plumbing needs.
