Semen was a lifesaver for us and would absolutely recommend working with him.
We had a leaky toilet and we called several plumbing providers who basically said they’d replace the toilet altogether, which would be a whole different project and didn’t seem warranted.
Semen was very responsive, professional, and ready to adjust to our availability. He quickly diagnosed the issue to a faulty seal which would be a small problem. He went out of his way to find the right size of the seals, unfortunately the various stores didn’t have them, so he ordered them online. He was persistent and very professional in making sure the job was done - while others could have left after not finding the part at first try.
Finally, Semen made sure he tested the toilets properly and did additional checks for other toilets to ensure the leak was gone.
We’re very happy with his service and would call him first the next time we need any help!
