We offer monthly promotions, military and senior discounts and event specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment and meet with the customer at the agreed time to review the project in detail. After the walkthrough, we provide a clear project proposal and then have our engineer visit to take all the critical measurements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve completed formal training specifically focused on residential window and door installation, including certified installer programs that cover both new construction and replacement projects, current industry standards, and best practices for weatherproofing and energy efficiency. We also participate in manufacturer-led training for the products we install, which keeps us up to date on the latest hardware, materials, and installation techniques for modern windows and doors. In addition to classroom and hands-on training, our team has extensive field experience under seasoned lead installers, where we’ve refined proper measuring, flashing, sealing, and finishing methods to ensure long-lasting, trouble-free performance. Altogether, this combination of certification, manufacturer training, and real-world experience allows us to install windows and doors safely, correctly, and in line with building codes and warranty requirements.
