After a few computer glitches I connected with Tye. He installed a fire door in my family room as well as wainscoting, trim and baseboard. He did a wonderful job. Do not use this company!!!!!
They sent a tech out to take measurements and provide an estimate so we got all dimensions in place. Then we were waiting for 2 weeks and finally started the installation . That is where all the problems start.
1 The door that they order was 2 times smaller than it was on original dimensions so right now i can't get inside the shower - funny ha.
2 one of the glass panels had major crack in it.
3 they scratched my bathtub by putting plywood inside and walk on it.
4 they never covered the floor so our tile got scratches all over the place. 5 While drilling out second walk-in shower step they make cracks in joints between tile so right now we have to find tile guy to regrout or shower pan
6 The shower door is opening itself and it is crazy because i have to hold it while taking a shower.
7 The shower door is also doing weird sounds and clicking crazy when you open or close it .
8 they were trying to fix it two times and it is got even worst.
Total nightmare
Terrible company to work with !!!!!!!!
