They are truly the best! After dealing with stress from working with multiple contractors on different projects, I finally found them. My top priority was finding someone I could trust, and I had a great feeling from our very first meeting. Now that everything is completed, I can confidently say it was the best decision I made. Due to my situation, I had received a quote in advance but hadn’t been able to schedule the work. Then, when my circumstances suddenly changed, I reached out just one day before my move—and they still accommodated my schedule and came early in the morning. I really appreciated that. I’m personally quite cautious and not quick to trust contractors, so I closely observed everything from their preparation process to how they worked. They were incredibly meticulous and professional, which gave me complete confidence in the results. (I’m honestly very detail-oriented and picky, haha.) They also treated my home with great care—keeping everything clean and organized as if it were their own. I’m truly grateful, and I will definitely be coming back to them for any future work. This team was amazing. We had tenants that let their cat pee and vomit all over the primary bedroom carpet, and it needed to be replaced. JF Flooring was very responsive from the start and helped us through the whole process. They worked with me to identify the correct carpet replacement, provided prompt invoices that I needed to send to our rental agency and did excellent work. I would 100% go with them again.

Fabian and his team did an amazing job installing LVP in our 1 bed 1 bath apartment. He took the time to understand our requirements, patiently listening to us and providing us valuable inputs on how to approach the project. Him and his team clearly communicated the process, quoted a fair price, and got the job done, even working around our HOA rules and completing the project on time. Fabian took utmost care in completing the project, even going an extra mile to find parts and material to fix minor cosmetic defects on a short notice. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new customer is we first get in touch with them and get an idea of what work is needed to be done. We then schedule an appointment to go measure the jobsite. Once we have the measurements we then send the customer an estimate either by ***** or **** (whichever is preferred). If the price is right, we then schedule a day(s) to go install the flooring.
