This team was amazing. We had tenants that let their cat pee and vomit all over the primary bedroom carpet, and it needed to be replaced. JF Flooring was very responsive from the start and helped us through the whole process. They worked with me to identify the correct carpet replacement, provided prompt invoices that I needed to send to our rental agency and did excellent work. I would 100% go with them again.

Great work! Jessica came out and gave an in person estimate where three other companies would only give a guestimate over the phone. Her accurate quote was less that then the guesses. Fabian and his crew showed up on the day of install, got started and didn't stop until they were done...not even so much as a lunch break. The floors look great...when the house was built in 2019, they put hardwoods in all of the downstairs except the living room where they put cheap carpet in. Fabian removed the carpet and transition piece and made the floors look seamless. He even replaced a board that I had scratched since it was close to where he was going to have to pull and replace anyway. When they were getting ready to leave they cleaned everything and made the house smell so fresh. They don't take credit cards, but they take Zelle or Venmo for those of us that haven't seen a checkbook in a few years, so payment was a breeze. I will definitely be using them again when I am ready to do the upstairs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new customer is we first get in touch with them and get an idea of what work is needed to be done. We then schedule an appointment to go measure the jobsite. Once we have the measurements we then send the customer an estimate either by email or text (whichever is preferred). If the price is right, we then schedule a day(s) to go install the flooring.
