I don’t even know where to start other than this service is incredible! We’ve been customers for almost 5 years and they’ve been with us through our moves, Covid, emergencies and so much more. I trust this team and their incredible leader! They come biweekly and it’s ALWAYs spic and span. I truly think of them as apart of my extended family!! Highly recommended.

Lupita was such a pleasure to work with. This was my first time working with her and it definitely won’t be my last. I’m a busy mom, student and nurse and my husband is the same. Hiring a house cleaning service may sound like an ultimate luxury but it is worth it when it comes to staying sane in your own home. I wanted a deep cleaning including my fridge organized and oven/stove cleaned in my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which is exactly what I received. Her rates are fair and the little details she left behind were cute (i.e., fancy toilet paper and paper towel foldings). 10/10 would recommend.

One more Step house cleaning goes above and beyond to make sure your home is clean! I have gone through three different house cleaners trying to find the right one and One more Step is the best. We will stick with One more step for our home! You will not be disappointed!

I have been a customer for the past 18 months since moving to Seattle. I tried multiple services but this one is the best i have found in Seattle. I can say that I have come to truly rely on “One More Step cleaning services”. Their team is first rate! I have been a regular subscriber of weekly cleaning , as well as special move-in / move-out services. I have recommended them to family members and dear friends. In fact, I won’t refer someone who I know would be a problem client - because I respect this team and their professionalism so much ! They establish a regular schedule and confirm appointments - dependable always! They arrive prepared to work , with their own equipment and supplies ( hi value ) have a quality work ethic, and efficient approach. They follow all guidelines regarding PPE- safety / social distancing ( and I feel quite comfortable leaving them to work independently while I stay out of home during appointments ) You can establish a custom plan depending on your needs with the very responsive, hands—on independent owner. I rate them very highly ! It makes me happy knowing they are coming and a feeling of “ahhh” when I return to see the wonderful job they have done. Best stress reliever ever! Cc
