- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nutrition ($150mo): Nutrition comes with a fully customized meal plan, BMR and Active BMR calculating for accurate caloric range, and weekly check ins to modify meal plans based off of the results. Clients will also have weekly/biweekly check ins to allow me to see your progress and modify your plan based off of the results. The body is always adapting/changing, so I make sure to edit your plan accordingly. Training ($200mo): Training programs includes a training split/ custom exercise program with modifications based on any injuries, specific exercises and instructions on how to do the movements (including videos), targeted muscle areas based on the clients goals, and a recovery program for rest days. Nutrition &Training ($250mo): This includes bundling both programs with a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start the client fills out a consultation form to notify me of their current physical state, injuries, diet restrictions, goals, etc. From there we come up with a goal and calculate the duration of the program. For nutrition, clients will track their food intake for a week. This is so I can find their caloric range and determine whether to implement a reverse diet, caloric deficit, or caloric surplus based on their goals.
