- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I want the customer for feel like they are getting value when they hire me. I want them to hire me time and time again. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer a few ways to get ahold of me. We have a website where you can fill out a form. We have email that is always a good way to reach me. Phone calls work but I can't always answer but will return the call if a message is left. We also have Facebook page. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been doing this line of work for almost 3 years. Before I was working in the cable industry and became very comfortable with heights. I feel confident that I will get the job done the way you want.
