Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We offer upfront pricing for our services, including diagnostic fees and labor costs. We do charge a service call fee of $89+tax, but this fee is waived if we are hired to complete the repair job.

Our typical process for working with a new customer involves the following steps: -Initial Contact: We respond promptly to customer inquiries, whether received via phone, email, or through our website. -Assessment and Scheduling: We gather necessary information about the appliance and the issue, and schedule a convenient appointment for our technician to visit the customer's location. -Diagnostic Visit: Our technician conducts a thorough diagnostic assessment to identify the problem and provide an accurate repair estimate. -Repair Discussion and Approval: We discuss the repair options, including cost, parts required, and estimated completion time with the customer. --The customer has the opportunity to ask questions and provide approval before proceeding with the repair. -Repair Completion: Once approved, our technician efficiently completes the repair using high-quality parts and tools. -Final Inspection and Payment: We conduct a final inspection to ensure the appliance is functioning properly. Payment can be made by credit card, and we provide an invoice for the services rendered.
