- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am honest and transparent with pricing. I stick with my original estimate unless there are some unusual things that couldn't be seen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally like to schedule a phone call to ask questions about a project so that I can give an accurate estimate of labor costs and tools and materials that I may need. A phone consultation is much quicker than texting back and forth. Also having an accurate description and photos helps immensely. Please do not call on me if your not willing to spend a few minutes on the phone to discuss your project.
