Maureen was our bartender for our private Christmas party for roughly 45 guests. This was the first time we hired a bar-tending service, so we were the newbies but Maureen was an experience professional. She was punctual, easy-going, yet professional on all accounts, and very flexible in all aspects. The bar space was a bit smaller than usual, yet Maureen said "no problem" and made it work. Also, the party went on longer than anticipated and Maureen was very accommodating in extending her time by 1.5 hrs. She was a major contributor to making this a great party! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is never "Set in stone". There are no "Packages" to limit your selection of service. EVERY client 's event is unique and priced according to ONLY the services and provisions specifically needed for their individual occasion. We only charge for the services and provisions that are required. We do have an 18% service fee added to the total bar bill. The service fee that is assessed is based in-part for; Billing, processing & handling, cleaning, sanitizing, re-stocking, contractor 'perks' bonuses, vacation/sick pay, as well as any additional unforeseen hourly services , etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Getting to know our clients and their dreams and desires they have inmind for their event. I love hearing the excitement of a client when we've nailed it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our staff all carry up to date Washington State Class 12 mixology permit as well as State/county Health cards. We keep up with new annual WSLCB laws pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to the public in Washington State.
