I am so disappointed in this company. They had great recommendations and reviews but our experience was really poor. Our job was small so maybe their interest and involvement was less than usual. We needed a wall/door built and hardwood floors installed. The timeline was incredibly false (3 weeks vs 2 months) and the craftsmanship in the hardwood floors is embarrassing. And as soon as there were issues they were not on site to help. We could tell they has moved on to another project and did not have time to help me navigate solutions with their subcontractors. When I called Siamak to ask about what the plan was, his response was "I thought the contractor had already finished your job" which shows he really had no care about what was going on in my home. They never did a final walk through and left my house with a construction mess (paper on the floor, tape along the baseboards, drinks from workers) that I got to clean up myself.
The hardwood floors were installed so poorly and they relied on wood filler to fill numerous gaps and the stain uptake was poor and sloppy along the baseboards. Really bummed about my home and now will be working with another company to try and improve things.
I absolutely would not recommend this company for true hardwoods or minor jobs.
