After buying a new construction house worth almost 1mill which he built. I've used him to do any modifications to that home as he was the original builder. His attention to detail and precision makes everything stand out as quality! Custom Fence, wrap around deck new french doors new roof overhang, indoor outdoor fireplace; all performed meticulously. Of course when it came time to remodel a rental house he was my only choice. Again, after ten years now, nothing has changed, still performing perfection. My modest rental home is getting the same treatment as a million dollar home. He even used the same tile guy and the same painter who do amazing jobs. They all seem so loyal to want to work for Glenn. All I can say quality seeks out quality and I can't recommend Wharton Construction enough!.......Paul T

Glen did some major home improvements for our newly purchased home that needed some upgrades. He was honest, timely, and true to his word, which in my experience is hard to come by these days. If you want an honest and professional and personal contractor for new home builds or renovation, I highly recommend Glen.

Really happy with Glen's work. He remodeled a daylight basement into an ADU. If you've ever seen "Income Property" that's what he did. New bedroom, kitchen install, remodel bathrooms etc. And now I rent it out!!!
