- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always to know a little more about the project. We offer a free visit to our clients so we can check the place where we will work in person and give an accurate quote for the client. If the client want us to provide all of the material we will send them an email with all of the options we found for their project so we can make it exactly like the client wishes. We also have a graphic designer that can draw your project in the computer so you can see how it will look like when we get done. (optional)
