Had James our to repair a 20 year old wood door in mid century home. Have recent painted and installed all new locks and hardware. Door would not close or lock probably. James arrive at the agreed upon time range reviewed the work told me what he planned to do and started on the job. Repair is good and door is back to closing without effort and locking correctly.
