The team did not do a good job at all. First they were not clear about their terms. When I mentioned about it - Renata behaved unprofessionally. After that the team did a pretty bad job. There was dust still on the cabinets and vacuuming was done very poorly. Unprofessional service. Wouldn’t recommend.

We’re very sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service. However, we’d like to clarify a few important points. The appointment booked was for 2 hours of deep cleaning, which was clearly explained in our messages. At no time did we state that 2 hours would be enough to clean the entire house.
When our team arrived, the home was in very poor condition with significant buildup, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. About 30 minutes before the scheduled end, the team informed you that more time would be needed to complete all areas, and we asked which areas you’d like prioritized.
An additional hour was added with your approval to help finish more work. Unfortunately, during that time, our staff reported being treated disrespectfully and pressured to “make the whole house sparkling” within a limited timeframe.
We always strive to provide quality cleaning and respectful communication. We take feedback seriously and will continue to focus on clear communication and professionalism in every service.
