Bruno was so great to deal with. He showed up when he said he would and responded promptly to all messages. Setting up the first cleaning was super easy. He confirmed the day and time the day before, too. The cleaning crew just wrapped up the first cleaning, and the house looks cleaner than it has in years.

Vanessa and her team did a fantastic job cleaning our entire home. They were very efficient, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Excelencia did a great job cleaning my home. I usually do it myself, but with a busy Summer schedule, I needed to hire someone. I was very pleased with Excelencia. They were responsive, did a thorough clean, and were reasonably priced. We will use them again.

I’ve only used Leda for one cleaning so far, but I was very happy with my first experience. Leda did a great job making the beds, cleaning the bathrooms, windows, kitchen, floors, and giving everything a nice overall refresh.
The owner was incredibly responsive from the beginning. After asking me a few questions about the size of my home and what I was looking for, they were able to provide a quote right over the phone. The pricing was very reasonable, and I really appreciated how flexible they were with scheduling. They were actually able to come clean my home two day after I first spoke with them!
Leda mentioned she had an assistant but that she prefers to clean on her own because she wants to make sure everything is done to her personal meticulous standards, which I appreciated. She also waited for me to return home so I could look everything over and specifically asked me to point out anything she may have missed so she could take care of it before leaving. I thought that showed a lot of pride in her work and a genuine desire to make sure I was happy with the cleaning.
Another big plus is that they accept Zelle! I’ve worked with cleaners who only accept cash, which can be inconvenient since so many people don’t regularly carry cash anymore.
This was only my first cleaning, so I’ll see how things go with future visits, but I was very happy with the initial experience. Between the reasonable pricing, responsiveness, scheduling flexibility, and Leda’s attention to her work, my first impression was very positive and I’m looking forward to having her back.
