I usually combine a fixed price. But when it’s hourly I give a 10% discount. Customer satisfaction comes first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sending a text message. Transparency at work. Length of duties and responsibilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 3-month training. But I always try to qualify more. With studies and research of new products or business.
