Armando and his crew were very nice and professional. They did an excellent job of the interior painting of my father's house, fixing a broken gate, cleaning the house, cleaning the carpets, and cleaning up the yard. If they were running late, which they did a couple of times - but it was minimal, they called me before hand to let me know. When Armando quoted me each job, that was the price that I paid for each job. He didn't up the price at all. He and his brother also gave up an hour of their time on a Sunday to come over to the house to move big pieces of furniture into the garage. I would hire them again, in fact I'm hoping to have them work on my house in the very near future. I highly recommend them.

Armando was wonderful to work with for interior painting as we prepped our house to go on the market. He was always prompt with communication, understood exactly what I wanted, and was very accommodating to my needs and timeline. His prices were extremely competitive. Super happy with the work. They were able to schedule me in the week after I requested an inquiry. I had a few spots on the house that needed touch up in addition to the deck so they were able to get the paint for that and do a good touch up job in addition to helping me select the stain for the deck. Price was very reasonable.

We HIGHLY recommend MM Home Services!! We hired them to paint our kitchen cabinets and it was a great experience! Our kitchen looks brand new! They had competitive pricing, were very friendly, professional, extremely high quality - what more can you ask for?!?! We'll definitely hire them for our future needs - I believe they offer a wide variety of services, so definitely ask!
One thing in particular that stood out...Rodrigo, the painter took extra caution in preparing our kitchen for paint to ensure no mess. (We recently bought new furniture so were worried about over spray - this was no problem at all.) He also went the extra mile by not only suggesting we get small door bumpers to protect our cabinets, he offered to pick them up at the hardware store for us (this was not part of the job, but it's the little things like this that reflect excellent service and craftsmanship.)

Price is based on the size of the place and the amount of time it typically takes to complete each section. Every house is different and we always try to accommodate our client needs and for the confort of our clients, we also provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment.

Provide our clients with trust and responsiveness show them that we care about their needs and that we have passion for what we do showing it on the quality of our job.
