This is the first time I used cleaners at my place. I had to reschedule it and it was easy to modify the appointment on the site. My home was spotless and everything was clean and shiny. I'm a full time working mum of a 15 month old and I haven't seen the bathrooms shine like this a long time. I worked from home when they cleaned my house and that wasn't disruptive to my work at all.

I've never had help with house cleaning before and I am happy to say that the staff of Rain City Maids has made it so I will never not have help! The woman that helped us was friendly, thorough, and had no problem with our two cats being in her face the entire time! She walked me through the entire checklist and made sure that everything that I needed done was done! I can't wait for her to come back next month.

So far wonderful. Even though there was a snafu with my location Ben still will send 2 of his staff to clean my house after my surgery. What a suoerb service so far. Cant wait to see the result. Thanks Ben.

They arrived and finished exactly on time. They were both very professional and courteous. Our apartment is cleaner than what we could have done in the same amount of time. Overall, my expectations have been exceeded and we plan to continue to use the service.

The cleaners were good - but different cleaners came every month (retention seems low with the company). I just received an email saying they cant keep the monthly appointments due to lack in staffing. Not happy. :(. Should have gone with someone else I guess. Update: they worked very closely with me to reschedule and accommodate my schedule. + 1 star for their effort.
