FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering high quality products from some of the best vendors, we strive to bring these options to families who can't afford to spend as much by keeping our overhead costs (minus materials) low. We would be considered on the middle to pushing high side of pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For larger jobs we first build a relationship and try to understand their likes and personality so we can best express that through the landscape. This is done with 1-2 meetings in the begging just talking through ideas. Then we pivot to pricing and design. For smaller jobs we still try to cultivate a relationship while laying out rhe framework for our task at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have zero formal education or training as I'm completely self taught, but have taken dozens of instructional courses on landscaping techniques and chemistry classes that have helped me understand the science of fertilizers and nutrients.
