Kyle is OUTSTANDING and the best trainer you could ever find. I have already seen results in two months of my time spent with him. He listens to you, provides you a custom nutrition plan and I love how he mixes up the exercises which keep the sessions interesting always.

I have really enjoyed working with Kyle. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and has really taken an interest in my personal success. Working with him over the past year I’ve seen considerable increases in my strength, fat loss and overall fitness. The meal plan he gave me was also super helpful to achieving my fitness goals. Most of all he listened to my needs in my diet and crafted a plan that worked around that. Which is freaking awesome, because most trainers in my experience don’t. I’d highly recommend him for anyone from the novice to the pro. Kyle is your guy.

Kyle is a great trainer. He listens to your goals and will guide you on what to do inside the gym and outside to maximize your progress. He is very patient and will take things at a pace that is right for you, making sure that you don’t injure yourself. He genuinely cares about his clients’ progress and I’ve been amazed at what I’ve been able to achieve with his help. I look forward to training with Kyle each week as he always brings a 100% positive/motivating attitude and a great sense of humor.
