Eric was prompt and flexible. He was on time, assessed the issue quickly, made a quick trip to the hardware store for a small part and in just a few hours our bathroom sink was not leaking. He also removed a pair of tweezers one of our kids dropped down the sink which was causing it to drain slowly. Truly appreciated that he left the bathroom just the way he found it (clean). We will hire him again if the need arises.

I needed to remove an old retaining wall that was falling down and rotting. It was made of railway ties and was 70' long and 5-6' high. Julio and his crew did a great job without complaining. The job turned out to be much bigger than anticipated. All the work had to be done by hand including the removal of 80 old HEAVY ties from a steep hill. They also had to carry most of the stone and fill in 5 gallon buckets due to the location of a shed and the collapsing hillside. The wall itself collapsed adding to the difficulty. Add to that the nasty cold and rainy weather and it was not fun. They replaced the wall with new 6x6x8 treated landscape timber and reinforced it with posts in concrete. They also installed a drainage system which the first wall did not have. Throughout it all, they had a tremendous attitude and were promising that the job would get done and that they wanted to do it right. Julio did not ask for more money than his bid(even though the job probably took twice as long as planned). I did voluntarily give him additional funds. It was well worth it and the wall looks great. I now have confidence that my shed and house will not be sliding down the steep hill into the creek.

The Handyman Seattle and Jonathon (Craftsman) saved the day. We discovered our water heater leaking and within 5 hours of our call to The Handyman Seattle, Jonathon had evaluated the situation, determined we needed a new heater (10 years old!), bought the new one, removed the old one and got the new one up and running. We are planning on replacing the carpet anyway, and Jonathon took the extra time to remove the carpet and pad to made sure our floors can dry out fully. A true professional who was courteous, efficient, and fast! Thanks so much.

I described my issue to Terry over the phone and he was able to diagnose and provide feedback on what the estimated repair with parts would cost me. We agreed on his flat fee of $75, plus parts. Terry was able to stop by on the same day (Saturday) that we spoke with parts in hand. His over the phone assessment was spot on and he repaired the issue, e.g. black substance in toilet bowl, coming from tank, within an hour. I greatly appreciate Terry's customer service at all levels, if I encounter any plumbing issues I will definitely use Terry and refer him to others without hesitation.

Chris was very professional, always on-time, was very courteous, did an amazing job and cleaned up after. We can't say enough good about him. It was a job the others simply couldn't or wouldn't do, but he was right on it. We had had the asbestos laden popcorn ceilings removed, leaving bare gypsum board. We wanted a smooth finish and he did exactly that. Filled all the blemishes, repaired damaged gypsum board, sanded it all smooth and then did it all over again. To get a finish that was fantastic, a work of art. And then did some extra repairs to some of our walls and other ceilings. He was very diligent about taking care of our belongings. And no funny business about his charges, he gave us a bid and stuck to it. Like I said, can't say enough good about him. We highly recommend everyone to give him the opportunity to impress.

Anastas removed a large mirror from above our fireplace mantle. Amazingly, he took down the mirror in one piece, cleaned black glue from the bricks that were behind the mirror, cleaned up around the fireplace, and took the mirror with him. He knew what he was doing. Friendly and pleasant to talk to. I'd hire him again for sure. Thanks, Anastas!

Noe provided us with a competitive, fair quote and he and his crew did a great job on our project - which was replacing two decks with trex, replacing a flat roof under the deck, painting, and repairing a ton of dry rot and mold damage in the room underneath the leaking flat roof (replacing drywall, installing a huge new window, crown molding work, trim, etc). He worked extremely hard and was a great communicator. There were times when we had to leave for a trip so we just left him the keys to our house and felt extremely comfortable doing that. Our deck looks great! We have had so many compliments from people on it. I would not hesitate to recommend Noe to anyone. He was an excellent communicator also and if there was something I didn't like (I am a bit picky!) he would fix it to my liking, which I really appreciated :) Thanks again Noe!

I love this company! The job was a unique one since the project was located in Seattle and I am in Dallas. I had very little time to set up a meeting and coordinate what they can do with the other contractors coming in and out of the house for the various projects. I loved that they were able to work within my schedule and the took care of everything from start to finish. From measuring to showing samples and installation to removal of old product. All around great job from beginning to end. I look forward to working with them on future projects.
