FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost to produce a video is the number of hours it takes to shoot and edit a video times the hourly rate of the video producer. Some videos have other hard costs associated with producing them like stock graphics or music, location and/or talent fees, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with new potential customers is to determine the type of video that needs to be produced and then determine the needs and requirements for the video. This can usually be accomplished in fifteen minutes or less via phone, email, or in person meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been producing corporate marketing video full time for the last decade. I've won several awards for my work and I have an associate of applied arts degree in video production from the Art Institute of Seattle. You can check out the credentials of other team members in the "about" section of our website.
