Brian helped to fix a rotted board on our roof and repaired our bathroom subfloor. He was responsive, timely and completed the work as we agreed.
Alan came into our home to work on an extensive Drywall project which included replacement of all ceiling drywall, finishing, painting, texturing and second-pass re-work of any areas requiring additional work. Alan was then further hired to complete post-construction patch work on drywall damaged from other construction projects. We were so impressed with his work, demeanor, work ethic, timeliness, cost, and reliability that we asked him to complete trim work throughout the house at a later date. I cannot recommend Alan highly enough. If you have a project requiring his skills, he is the person you want to complete it.
My hardwoods are GORGEOUS. Bathroom tile was also done very well. We had some initial problem with a small section of tile but Bogden was very quick to come back and correct it. I would recommend this company to anyone refinishing hardwoods or laying tile. Beautiful work.
The best. The Best. The Very Best. My experience with most contractors has not been favorable. James always arrives on-time and hits the ground running. There is no dilly dallying. The quality of the work is excellent. He's always pleasant, professional, and calm even when I spilled paint on the new kitchen tile floor and its grout. Very reasonably priced. Should I ask for work to be done that is not actually necessary he will advise. Additionally, he'll present an alternative approach when appropriate, which is always profoundly cheaper and better. Collaborative. He's knocked off at least 20 items on my To Do list of big and small jobs from painting, carpentry, cabinetry, light plumbing, light fixtures, and handyman. Excellent workmanship. Now we're working on kitchen cabinets to be followed with wood floor installation. I am so fortunate that he was referred to me and I just cannot say enough good things of him. Lastly, he is in the Reserve, which for me carries weight.
We hired John and Kevin to take out our old kitchen right down to the subflooring and to put in a new kitchen including cabinets, countertops, ceramic tile floor, tile backsplash, range hood with duct work through ceiling and roof, all new appliances with all the associated plumbing and electrical. John and Kevin are a one-stop shop; they know how to do it all and do it to perfection. The only part of the kitchen that they did not do themselves was to install the quartz countertops. That made life simple for us. Moreover, we counted a lot on their experience and expertise in the design of our kitchen, especially the selection of materials. The result was a much better outcome than we would have had otherwise. What we most appreciated about John and Kevin is that they took the opportunity provided by the kitchen remodel to correct longstanding plumbing and electrical problems in the basement below the kitchen, upstairs above, and in the dining/living room. This saved us money (not having to hire someone else for that additional work) and eliminated the need to break into walls outside one kitchen wall. John and Kevin were very attuned to our desires and made suggestions along the way that allowed the project to proceed smoothly, swiftly and keeping costs down. Overall, great job!
I have had the opportunity in working with Christian Peralta for several years now, on many different Projects such as. My Rental Property - replacing the Kitchen & Dining Room floor with Tile, Re-tiling the upstairs bathroom wall, the Deck, Stairs etc. My current home, he has come in and replaced the Tile in the Kitchen and Master Bathroom after thousands of dollars my husband and I previously paid out to Poor Substandard work performed by other contractors. Christian has painted our current home throughout, replaced the and installed our home with Crown molding.. He's just a Exceptional Professional to work with, understanding, has excellent suggestions and I would highly recommend him as a contractor you can Trust. We definitely plan on him doing additional work at our home, as well as, the Rental Property in the near future. I've also highly referred him to several of my Business Associates to hire him for the services they need done. Feel free to contact me personally if you have any questions. : Sincerely,
Deonte did a good job painting and tiling in my new home. He's so honest
We worked together as cost plus fee remodeling our kitchen and built a deck. The quality and communication was excellent and we saved a lot of money by just paying them a fee. We paid all supplies and most labor direct. So happy, we recommend Build N Save to anyone. Dennis Yang
The contractor did awesome prep the floor for the tile flooring. We will have him do more work on our properties.
Rob updated our bathrooms and painted & installed doors. His workmanship is outstanding! He minimized the disruption to our living space during the work. He also removed and installed a failed water heater with quick turn around. We're happy with his work.
I have know Raul for 6 years and I have seen the quality of work that he produces. I met Raul when I sold his personal home that he had done a full remodel on. The work was done with the highest standards. Recently he bought another property and took it from a place you would not want to live, to a beautiful top quality home with tile work, granite, new windows, siding, and much more. I have referred Raul to several of my customers throughout the years and they all speak very highly of his knowledge and work. Raul is a person that I feel comfortable referring to my customers on a regular basis
I hired Bryan & Hands On Contracting to replace an existing aluminum sliding door after we had been informed by the "professionals" at Lowes that the vinyl replacement sliding door we wanted would not fit in the existing rough opening (our only option was an upsell in both door & labor). Bryan & his crew came by to field verify the opening and were confident they could install the door and if needed, had explained remedies if indeed the rough opening was too small. Long story short, Bryan was right, door fit perfectly. Looks great. Bryan and his crew were on-time, courteous, professional and very informative. I WILL hire AGAIN in the future.
Professional and pleasant team removed kitchen appliances and old linoleum for install of ceramic tile. Reasonable price, fast, efficient and excellent outcome.
Steve showed up exactly on time and he was able to identify the problem causing me to have dead outlets and ceiling lights quickly after performing comprehensive tests on all switches, wiring, outlets and breakers. He was able to source the necessary parts to make the repair quickly and fixed my problem in a professional and efficient manner. He was friendly and professional from start to finish, and I would definitely use him again for any future electrical problems.
Hello I have had Chad and Alex of Signature Tile do two bathroom in the house. In the master bath they installed a heated floor and marble on the floor and the shower. They did such a great job that when it came time to redo another bath in the house I called Chad again. In the second bath we mixed 12 X12 marble tile and 15X15 travertine tile into a pattern that turned out extremely well everybody that sees the floor comments on how unique and nice it looks. I would strongly recommend Signature Tile and I will have them back when we do the next project that requires tile work. Kevin
I don't think you'll find a better guy to tackle your job than Toby. Toby turned our popcorn headache into nice, smooth ceilings; did a great job painting almost all the walls in our 2500 sq ft house; laid a nice tile floor in our bathroom; and did a great job on a backsplash in our kitchen. I'm sure I forgot something he did for us. Bottomline - great dude, great work.
Sam repaired several holes that had been cut out of our drywall, and repaired and hung 2 sliding closet doors. He was able to work on a Sunday, which worked out really well for me. He was friendly, diligent, and did a great job.
Job completed on time - quality workmanship. I would recommend Tikal for tile flooring jobs.
installed new faucet in kitchen. Excellent job, quick turn around
Hired the guys at Light Construction to tackle my shower tile installation, after attempting to start it on my own, and realizing quickly that I was in over my head. I knew right from meeting them for an estimate, that these guys were pros. The quote was very competitive, and the agreement was very through and spelled out. The guys were on point. Allays on time, easy to talk to, and made me feel really comfortable. Also impressive considering they were commuting all the way into Redmond for our job. They went about a 1/2 a day longer than we originally planned, but the results were well worth it. Everything turned out super nice. They stayed on budget, and there were no surprises. They left the space clean, and even hauled away all the garbage I had laying around from my drywall "DIY" work. Will work with you guys again. Hard work and great results makes for return customers. (Also being Seahawks fans doesnt hurt your business case either) A+. Feel free to use me as a reference. Blake (Redmond)

The difference in my work is that it's not really work. My quality of work shows because I care about what I do and enjoy doing it. That's the difference between good quality of work and "Hack" jobs that I see done all the time.
