I am so happy we went with NWBestCPR. Our staff took the First Aid and CPR class and I am very happy that we did. It was fun, interesting, and valuable. Our instructor, Farley, was fantastic. He is knowledgeable, great at explaining and answering questions, and shared so many crazy stories. I highly recommend them, and we will definitely be working with NWBestCPR again in the future!
Great CPR class!! Thank you RJ
I have worked with Marlo at several health screening events. She is a strong leader and helps to keep the team energized. I appreciate that Marlo is positive and upbeat. She takes great care of clients and makes sure to thoroughly answer any of their questions. As the leader of the screening team, Marlo ensures that each of the team members are knowledgeable about their job. In addition to working alongside Marlo, I have also been a student in her CPR class. She made the class fun and interactive. I was able to review my CPR knowledge and learn new techniques. Marlo was very professional in teaching the informative class. I have and will continue to recommend her business!
Hired Steve through Thumbtack to come to our university campus to provide CPR, First Aid, & AED training to twenty of our faculty and staff. For such a large class, Steve did an outstanding job. He is a great public speaker. It was clear he has plenty of experience and he personalized his class by providing additional information, tips and personal stories from his years in the field. We will definately use Steve again for next years training.
Bill and Brian provided outstanding CPR / AED / First Aid instruction to our group of 21 individuals with hands-on, practical exercises. Bill was flexible and responsive in negotiating our agreement. Highly recommended.
The call backs that I received were very prompt. One within seconds!! A First aid trainer came to my house and gave me first aid and CPR instructions at my convenience. And to top it off he was very competitively priced. I was very impressed with Thumbtack and would definately use their use their service again.
I was in a group where we received CPR / First Aid training from Chelsea. She did a wonderful job handling the hardest group to teach—a group of teachers! She was able to focus on what needed to be updated, while reviewing what was previously learned. She brought laughter and light- heartedness to a lesson that had very serious tones. I personally had to put my first-aid training to the test with a child that was injured. Thank God for the training I received--not only did the child recover from a severe wound, but the paramedics approached our principal raving about our skills.

Think Safe is unique from other training centers in that we know and understand all certifying major training organizations. Think Safe owns the First Voice product line and is a manufacturer and developer of software and hardware that brings technology to the world of emergency response. Products developed and sold by First Voice are intended to be used by the average lay rescuer, who is infrequently trained and may need coaching real-time during any emergency or want easier access to refresher training in order to be more prepared for emergencies. Thus, our technical experts at Think Safe include Certified Instructors, and healthcare professionals that have over 150 years experience in pre-hospital emergency care and know the protocols and curriculum and teaching methods and mechanisms of all the major certifying agencies. At the end of all of our certified training sessions, students receive a 1 year to 3 year certification. Also, all students must perform a training drill at the end of class that is pertinent to their workplace protocols to include scene safety, the assessment of any victim(s), initiating the emergency action plan, calling 911 and other emergency notification numbers, starting compressions, getting others to help and switching compressor roles, performing breaths when using proper rescue breathing barriers, clearing the scene, proper record keeping procedures and intake forms, EMS flaggers, first aid treatment procedures, and more . Our training center and trainers utilize the best technology and tools available when performing CPR training courses. Tools utilized include American Heart Association (AHA) compliant cognitive feedback devices such as Prestan CPR feedback manikins or The Loop CPR gaming platform. Students receive access to online manuals and refresher training anytime including course handouts and skills review handouts. Our training center portal for students that have taken our courses also includes training drills and training scenarios for ongoing responder team use during future practice sessions.
