Daniel was great! Our appointment was for 4pm, I got home early at 3:20 and called to confirm 4pm. Told him I was home and he was able to come right over. He changed out the battery on my overhead garage door opener in just a few minutes, with no problem. The last time I had it changed was by a garage door company, their guy took over a 1/2 hour as he only brought a one step stool, could barely reach the opener on the ceiling and couldn't get the old battery out! Daniel is a nice, personable guy. He brought his own ladder and tools, efficiently took out the old battery and popped the new one in, good to go in a few minutes. His rates are excellent, he's knowledgeable, I highly recommend him and will use his service again.
