What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is hourly. I require a $125 deposit for a 2-hour performance. Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event. The remaining balance is due the day of the event.
Weddings have different pricing. Please inquire.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting in person or remotely to discuss the customer’s expectations and specific requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My area of study was Music Education and Vocal Performance at Iowa State University, and I had the distinct privilege of studying opera with operatic success Simon Estes. After college, I was hand selected to sing in a choral collection directed by Almeda Berkey at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
I attend semi-annual music educator seminars to stay relevant in my field.
