We hired Vitaliy to renovate our primary bathroom and the entire project has exceeded our expectations. From the jump, Vitaliy was timely, friendly, personable, specific, and took the time to go over options during the consultation. He was very clear with processes and expectations. Throughout the project, his team was timely, clean, friendly and punctual.
During the project, we had a number of questions and needed help with selection options and purchasing. He was always reachable and concise. He also found discounts and worked with us when a few changes needed to be made. When we had questions during the reno and wanted items to be reviewed/reconsidered, he kindly did so and worked with his team to meet our needs. The end result is phenomenal - matches the updated design of the rest of the house, combined quality with cost-effective options we requested, and included upgraded hardware and features we had not considered before the consult.
We thoroughly appreciated his expertise, honesty, suggestions and dedication. We received such great service and have been very happy with the outcome; so much that we continued to hire him for additional work in the house!
We highly recommend hiring Vital Needs Remodeling!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Vitaliy with Vital Needs Remodeling. They helped me with a project to transform my garage, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. He is trustworthy and responsive. The primary tasks involved applying epoxy to the garage floor and constructing sturdy shelves, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I recommend hiring Vitaliy and his team for your home projects. I will be using him again soon for more work around my home. Highly recommended.

The team did a great job on our project remodeling an office into a nursery. We are very happy with the results. One particular thing we appreciated were the details they provided in the estimate, exactly detailing what each task would cost. Would definitively call again for future projects.
Details: Single room remodel • Bedroom • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the next 3 months

Vitaliy was good to work with overall for our project, which was pretty simple and low risk basementfinishing. His father, who does the majority of the work, is skilled, works hard, and is tidy. The price was fair for our needs and the final product.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive yet industry standard. At an estimate it's important to list every small detail about your project for us to have a clear understanding of your needs for the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer is confused on material selection, I provide them vendors I work with to better help them go in the right direction.
With a new customer, I act as a project manager and explain the process thoroughly. I tell them what my responsibilities will be and what responsibilities are theirs for the specific project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our knowledge for our professional work extends 10+ years in the construction industry. Every attribute to a project is considered foundational memory. We have experience dealing with emergencies and immediate action taking roles. Vital Needs Remodeling is aware of building codes and things to do and not to do for a project to be completed correctly.
