- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive-priced for this area. We stick to our estimates and offer discounts for multiple services done on the same visit. Our minimum fee for an on-site service call is $275.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for some photos of their project, then if needed, speak with them directly and provide an estimate. Sometimes an on-site inspection is needed to provide a bid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified NAPCO Kitchen and Bath Refinisher.
