Having grown up in the Fiji Islands off the coast of Australia, Chef Navi specializes in Island food and has extensive experience with a variety of cuisines, including Italian, French, Indian, Asian, American, Mexican and more. Chef Navi has been working in hospitality for over 15 years and recently left his position as Executive Chef at the Downtown Seattle Hilton to pursue catering full time. We had a party for my son who graduated from high school. We had 50 people. We had a buffet of lemon chicken, rice pilaf, assorted vegetables and a green salad. I also requested fruit, cheese and crackers, wine and cake. It was delicious all of it! The crowd had no problem going back for seconds. Navi is an amazing person and very thoughtful and generous. I wanted him to stay with us for the evening. It was a drop off event.

Navi made my sister's dream wedding come true! He was so cooperative and helpful throughout the entire process, always calling us and making sure we were all on the same page. We did a destination wedding & Navi made sure to always contact us, look for the best prices, and make everything flow smoothly. The food was delicious and all our guests raved about how awesome it was. Treated us like family and the wedding wouldn't have turned out as great as it did without him!

Navi and his team did an excellent job on preparing and executing the simple Italian dinner at our wedding. He worked within our budget which was a miracle of itself. He was warm and easy to work with too. The food was great, and the guests told me they thought so too.

Navi's Catering Kitchen trys to communicate right away with our customers and focuses on each detail of every request to make sure nothing has been missed. We then create a detailed proposal for our customers and take the time to walk through it to answer any questions.

Chef Navi attended Fiji National University majoring in Culinary Arts. Chef Navi also attends food and beverage trade shows, conferences, and seminars to stay up to date with current culinary information.
