I hired KPA for hardwood flooring and painting job for my condo. Crew came on time and was very professional. He gave a reasonable quote and finished the project on time. We haven’t done e flooring and they were accommodating and did just painting on time. I would recommend them.

I did floor/stairs installation and garage painting with Silva. I only showed part of the work because of privacy issue. But this includes entire second floors installation, 8 closets and garage painting. They finished in slightly over a week. I am a picky guy but I must say the quality is impeccable given their very competitive quote. I am especially satisfied with the stairs and the garage. There is no gap/crack between tiles and baseboard. The stairnose is sturdy. As for the garage, they applied joint compound, then primer and lastly the paint. Everything is done professionally.

the company did a good job to remodel our floor with care. Reasonably complex project but delivered in a shorter timeframe than initially planned

I feel extremely lucky to have made the good decision of working with KPA! Very easy to communicate with, offer honest pricing, focus on details, and provide great input on the overall design and even small things. I'm very satisfied with the results (see photos)!
