I called a few contractors for free estimates of replacing carpets for vinyl flooring and Mr. Silver came up with the 2nd lowest bit. Compared with the lowest bit coming from a previous handyman who did some repairs to my home unfinished and unreliable, I chose Mr. Silver. He was easy to communicate and work with. There were some extra house repairs that needed to be fixed. He & his team were very efficient and did a good job with fair charges. The experience of working with them is very pleasant and satisfying. I highly recommend their remodeling service.

Working with KPA was great, the team was very responsive and had quick turn around times. We were having work done on home we just purchased and needed things finished before the movers came. The team worked into the evening to ensure timelines were met. Also was able to add on a few other quick items for additional cost, but saved us time. KPA did an outstanding job installing shiplap in our tiny powder room. I was in need of someone to help me install a new bathroom door as I destroyed the old one trying to get a 30 year old door knob off. When things went from bad to worse I turned to Thumbtack and KPA Remodeling LLC was the first to respond. They gave a fair estimation to get this door installed and working. Arrived on time and within 1 day of my initial post. Amailson had to replace the entire door jam/frame and made it look so easy. Save me from a huge headache. Thank you. He even hung a television wall mount for me for an extra agreed upon fee as my handyman skills are obvi subpar. Do yourself a favor and give KPA a call. I'm glad I did.
