I did floor/stairs installation and garage painting with Silva. I only showed part of the work because of privacy issue. But this includes entire second floors installation, 8 closets and garage painting. They finished in slightly over a week. I am a picky guy but I must say the quality is impeccable given their very competitive quote. I am especially satisfied with the stairs and the garage. There is no gap/crack between tiles and baseboard. The stairnose is sturdy. As for the garage, they applied joint compound, then primer and lastly the paint. Everything is done professionally.

Some contractors leave when things are just okay. Not KPA. Meticulous and some, until it’s done 100% right. Appreciate the craftsmanship, will definitely hire again. Photo showcasing doors installed to separate lounge and kitchen for a formal dining turned private study. Great work. Just need to paint it now :)
