He is one of the best home inspector in the town. He also has wonderful experience in different criteria it is very helpful for buyer or seller of the single-family houses. More than that he helped us to figure it out how to make addition of the house.
By the way he found out that the house had an old burning issue in some part of the house.
All in all, I would give him 10 out of 10 review. I’m glad to have him for my Home Inspection. That’s highly recommend it.

He went thru all details and components of my interest home. From crawl space to attic. Very professional and educated in building science and constructability. Moreover, he gave me a free consultant/inspection 2 weeks aftee the inspection. I really recommend him.
