What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I don't. We work by the job, and the price that I charge to do a house cleaning, will be the same price no matter how long it takes.
I don't like the idea to work by the hour because I don't like the idea of feeling that my workers should slow down their job to make their money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is that as soon I contact them I ask if I'm able to stop by for a walk through, because that way we can built a confidence between each other and I'll be able to give them a fair quote for bought of us. When I talk about confidence, it is important to be able to see who you're hiring to work in your home, and for us, to know exactly what are their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I think I have learned everything there is to learn about my field. Now, I just always seek the best employees and products.
