Great experience! Our home is normally very neat, but it was definitely ready for a thorough cleaning, and they did an excellent job. Everything felt fresh and truly clean. I also really appreciated being able to communicate with them directly, it made the whole process easy and personal. I’m very pleased and look forward to setting up regular cleanings!

First time using their services and they did a decent job for a deep clean. Took longer as only 1 cleaner was present. Would’ve preferred 2 cleaners for a larger apartment. Overall good job and would hire them again

My house was in desperate need of a deep clean and they went above and beyond. The baseboards, trim, door handles, everything is shining. They even went the extra mile to organize my teenager’s chaotic stuffed animals and clothes. So grateful!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do everything step by step:
1. Find out his location
2. How much work does he need done, what exactly does he expect
3. Ask if there are any wishes regarding cleaning products. If our products do not suit the client, he can provide us with those that he would like us to do the job with.
4. Would he like additional services, such as: (washing the oven, refrigerator, windows).
5. What day and time would be convenient for him for us to come.
6. In what time would he like us to complete our work
7. What would be the most convenient way for him to pay for the work done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I listen carefully to the client, what he wants, what budget he is counting on, I take into account his wishes and needs for services. I treat each of my clients very carefully, because clients trust me with the comfort and coziness of their home.
