- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do everything step by step: 1. Find out his location 2. How much work does he need done, what exactly does he expect 3. Ask if there are any wishes regarding cleaning products. If our products do not suit the client, he can provide us with those that he would like us to do the job with. 4. Would he like additional services, such as: (washing the oven, refrigerator, windows). 5. What day and time would be convenient for him for us to come. 6. In what time would he like us to complete our work 7. What would be the most convenient way for him to pay for the work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I listen carefully to the client, what he wants, what budget he is counting on, I take into account his wishes and needs for services. I treat each of my clients very carefully, because clients trust me with the comfort and coziness of their home.
