Great experience! Our home is normally very neat, but it was definitely ready for a thorough cleaning, and they did an excellent job. Everything felt fresh and truly clean. I also really appreciated being able to communicate with them directly, it made the whole process easy and personal. I’m very pleased and look forward to setting up regular cleanings!

Excellent work. I booked a last minute deep cleaning service for a large, very dirty house and this company was not only accommodating to my timeline but did an EXCELLENT cleaning. It looked and smelled like a new house when they finished. Absolutely would hire again!

Absolutely amazing at their job. Was super easy to schedule and they did a fully thorough clean. Even things many other cleaners would have missed. Would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

My house was in desperate need of a deep clean and they went above and beyond. The baseboards, trim, door handles, everything is shining. They even went the extra mile to organize my teenager’s chaotic stuffed animals and clothes. So grateful!
FRESH CLEANING SEATTLE LLC's reply
Thank you so much, Emma, for your wonderful review! 🥰 We’re thrilled to hear that your home is sparkling and that you were happy with the extra attention to all the little details. It was our pleasure to help bring some order to the chaos—especially those stuffed animals! We look forward to helping you again! ✨

First time using their services and they did a decent job for a deep clean. Took longer as only 1 cleaner was present. Would’ve preferred 2 cleaners for a larger apartment. Overall good job and would hire them again
Details: 2 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Standard cleaning • No pets in home • Every 2 weeks
FRESH CLEANING SEATTLE LLC's reply
Thank you, Pritam, for your kind review! We truly appreciate your continued trust and are so happy to have you as a regular client. We look forward to keeping your home clean and fresh for you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do everything step by step:
1. Find out his location
2. How much work does he need done, what exactly does he expect

7. What would be the most convenient way for him to pay for the work done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I listen carefully to the client, what he wants, what budget he is counting on, I take into account his wishes and needs for services. I treat each of my clients very carefully, because clients trust me with the comfort and coziness of their home.
