FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the property, level of cleaning required, and type of service (standard, deep, move-out, or Airbnb turnover). We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) may qualify for better pricing depending on frequency and scope. Additional services can always be added upon request and will be agreed in advance to ensure full transparency. We focus on delivering consistent quality and reliable service at a fair price. We don’t compete on the lowest price — we focus on quality, consistency, and reliability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, structured, and focused on delivering consistent results. We start by understanding your needs, property details, and type of service required. Based on that, we provide a clear estimate and schedule the service quickly. On the day of the cleaning, we send a trained and equipped team ready to complete the job efficiently and with attention to detail. For recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), we typically begin with a deep cleaning to bring the property to a high standard. After that, we maintain it through regular cleanings to ensure consistency over time. We also follow up after the service to make sure everything meets expectations and to continuously improve our work. Our goal is to make the process easy, reliable, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained to follow consistent cleaning standards, with a strong focus on detail, efficiency, and reliability. We continuously refine our process through hands-on experience, quality control, and ongoing improvement to ensure every service meets a high standard. Rather than relying only on theory, our training is based on real-world execution — especially in recurring home cleaning and high-turnover Airbnb properties, where consistency and timing are critical.
