- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every service has a fixed price by home size, never an hourly rate. Recurring house cleaning starts at $150 per visit. Deep cleaning starts at $220 and move-in/move-out cleaning starts at $250. Sofa cleaning is $200 for a 3-seat sofa and carpet cleaning is $80 per room, with a $160 minimum for a sofa or carpet visit on its own. Extra bathrooms and homes over 2,500 sq ft adjust the price, and we always confirm the final price before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send us your home size (bedrooms and bathrooms) and the service you need. We reply with a fixed price and the next open dates. Once you pick a date, we confirm it by text and our team arrives in the scheduled window. For recurring clients we keep the same day and team whenever possible.
