Tuane's Cleaning is a family-run house cleaning company based in Lynnwood, WA, serving Snohomish and King counties since 2019.
We offer recurring house cleaning (weekly, biweekly or monthly), deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning, plus sofa and upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning and area rug cleaning.
Every service has a fixed price based on your home size. You never pay by the hour, and you know the price before we start.

Tua and her team are wonderful. Very happy with the work they have done. I have them come every 2 weeks for cleaning. Tua is dependable, does a great job and is an incredible value.
I also appreciated that she comes out and does an in person estimate, so you know the exact cost beforehand.
5/5 recommend.

Excellent service! Tuane is very responsive! My bathrooms sparkle. The stainless steel appliances are immaculate. No streaks! Gleaming. The team arrives on time and ready to go. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every service has a fixed price by home size, never an hourly rate. Recurring house cleaning starts at $150 per visit. Deep cleaning starts at $220 and move-in/move-out cleaning starts at $250. Sofa cleaning is $200 for a 3-seat sofa and carpet cleaning is $80 per room, with a $160 minimum for a sofa or carpet visit on its own. Extra bathrooms and homes over 2,500 sq ft adjust the price, and we always confirm the final price before we start.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send us your home size (bedrooms and bathrooms) and the service you need. We reply with a fixed price and the next open dates. Once you pick a date, we confirm it by text and our team arrives in the scheduled window. For recurring clients we keep the same day and team whenever possible.
