Serhii was hired for attaching rooftop permanent outdoor lights, he did a decent job however he was very slow, unable to have access to rooftop despite knowing the height of project. I think I ended up overpaying. And there were some issues with the lights on the roof so they had to be taken down. He did half the job needed to be done, in more than the time he quoted
