I take a comprehensive approach understanding your specific needs regarding current life situations, nutrition deficiencies, exercise goals to achieve results through nutrition and movement for a better quality of life. With over 17-years of experience, I work with youth athletes in all sports, volunteer coach for youth with Autism and Down syndrome, individuals with RA, RSD, MS, DISH, Parkinson's and other autoimmune disorders. Many of my clients come to me with injuries, post-surgery issues, knee, low back, and shoulder pain for relief. (*** I lost 127 pounds***) In addition, I provide health/nutrition coaching, recommend and sell high quality supplements and protein powders to help facilitate a healthier lifestyle. Our first consult is complimentary to get an idea of how lifestyle, food, hormones, stress, and poor sleep can wreak havoc on our body’s ability to function at an optimal level. I require an initial 90-day commitment to help you change your habits and ultimately change your life! After that, an ongoing maintenance of two sessions a month or more to work together and further improve your health/physical goals. All sessions are paid in advance to schedule the day(s) and time(s) you want. I have a Master of Science in Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Sciences, Precision Nutrition & NASM Nutrition Certified. Student athletes went on to play D1 sports at Duke, Delaware, Temple, Montana, Penn State, Georgia Southern, and Rutgers. Worked with active military personnel to prepare and improve PRT scores (Oahu, HI) Selected fitness professional to work with the Wounded Warrior Project in South Orange County California. I have been working with Clyde for a couple months and am pleased with our progress. He listened to my goals and has always conducted himself in a professional, respectful manner. Within the first few minutes of our sessions, I am sweating and he keeps me moving and burning. He doesn't baby me - we both want results (low body fat and lean muscle). I have had many trainers in the past and I need one who pushes me past my limits, which is what Clyde does. He brings a positive attitude to our sessions and even the dog and the boyfriend like him. He also brings nutritional expertise and accommodates my vegan diet. I would recommend him to others who are serious about their physique and health, especially if they are looking for a trainer who has additional knowledge on nutrition and physical therapy. I am excited for future results and will post progression photos, hopefully very soon!

Clyde exudes passion, knowledge and professionalism in each and every training session. He motivates with care, helping keep me accountable and consistent with workouts. After only two weeks, I’ve seen noticeable change in how my body looks and feels and have experienced a much more positive mindset.
