- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are not complicated. We have three packages, 76-session ($19 per hour), 36-session ($22 per hour) and an 18-session package ($26 per hour). These are high-value, super effective training sessions guaranteed to get you stronger, leaner and healthier than you have ever been. What's more, you can use all of our excellent cardiovascular equipment that is complimentary! And, we offer a free trial session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We generally take our new prospective clients through what we call a 'practice' workout...and it's free. It's just a light & easy routine so they can actually feel and experience how the workout is organized and how anyone can be successful at Super Fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Absolutely, every day. I do this so I can pass it on to my other trainers and my clients as well.
