- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We feel that our pricing is fair and extremely competitive with any other company out there. Our leasing fee is $1200 and our management fees range from 7% - 9% depending on the rental amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ensure a seamless process without any obligation to engage with our services. More than 70% of our current clients are first-time landlords, not investors. This extensive experience allows us to effectively guide our new customers through the journey of becoming confident and assured landlords. We offer continuous support throughout the entire transition from being a homeowner to stepping into the role of a first-time landlord.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a collective experience of more than 30 years in real estate and management, we are also licensed and insured.
