- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We feel that our pricing is simplistic and extremely competitive with any other company out there. Without low overhead, we are able to give better pricing to our clients without compromising our services. Generally, our leasing fee is $699 and our management fees 5%-7% depending on the region the property is in. We pride ourselves in not having any hidden fees, set up fees (Full Service Property Management/Tenant Placement only,) vacancy fees, advertising fees, lease renewal fees as long as the property is within 15 miles of our office and no maintenance surcharge fees. Whatever the vendor charges us is exactly what is passed on our client. We do not add any type of percentage on top. We believe that is good business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We make this process as comfortable and as smooth as possible with absolutely no pressure given to our clients. Over 70% of our existing clients are first time landlords not investors. So we are extremely familiar with helping our first time customers become landlords with confidence and peace of mind. We are there to assist them every step of the way in the transition process from homeowner to first time landlords.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have over 30 years of real estate and property management experience. We manage close to 200 homes in Washington and California and we manage multiple HOA's in the Seattle area. We also worked hand in hand with investors in purchasing their properties, renovating/remodeling them and getting them listed on the market for rent. We've done new sale, re sale and REO sales during the recession. So we believe we have a wide array of experience and skills to give our potential clients the best experience because we know being a landlord can be scary but we are here as a team to help.
