- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do extensive research on your area/neighborhood, condition of your home vs. other sales to come up with the value that will bring you not only the best price but exposure as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the value of your home in the current condition and will walk you through how to spend the least amount of money for the highest return if necessary. I also help you decide the best timing to get your home on the market based on market conditions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At age nine, I began assisting in the family business of real estate investing. We bought, renovated, rented and resold residential real estate. Throughout junior high, high school and college I worked with my father on investing and my mother, who was an agent, on selling. In 1988 I started my own real estate investment company G & T Properties. We now have ownership in 15 residential properties.
